The Cocoa Townes HOA Board of Directors meets the third Monday of each month, except for the months of December, June, July, and August.  The annual homeowners meeting normally takes place the first Monday of December.

Events

Cocoa Townes holds a yard sale in October that is open to the general public–see below.  All other events are for homeowners only.

Cocoa Townes is a private community governed by a Homeowners Association (HOA) that is managed by an elected nine-member Board of Directors. The “Email Us” form to the right may be used by the general public or by Cocoa Townes homeowners to contact the Board.  Cocoa Townes homeowners should log into their account to access contact information for specific Board members, forms, and documents.  The Board of Directors may also be contacted via US Mail at the address indicated below.

Annual Golf Tournament & Picnic

Annual HOA Golf Tournament & Picnic

The Cocoa Townes Homeowners’ Association holds an annual golf tournament and picnic-style social event on the first Sunday after the Labor Day weekend each September.  Homeowners are cordially invited to participate in either or both events, which are organized by the HOA’s Social Committee Chair.  More details on these events will be emailed to homeowners in the month of August.  These events are a great way to socialize and get to know one another better.  They are part of what makes living in Cocoa Townes special.
