The Cocoa Townes HOA Board of Directors meets the third Monday of each month, except for the months of December, June, July, and August.  The annual homeowners meeting takes place the first Monday of December.


Cocoa Townes holds a yard sale in October that is open to the general public–see below.  All other events are for homeowners only.

Cocoa Townes is a private community governed by a Homeowners Association (HOA) that is managed by an elected nine-member Board of Directors. The “Email Us” form to the right may be used by the general public or by Cocoa Townes homeowners to contact the Board.  Cocoa Townes homeowners should log into their account to access contact information for specific Board members, forms, and documents.  The Board of Directors may also be contacted via US Mail at the address indicated below.

Cocoa Townes has traditionally held an annual yard sale open to the general public on the Saturday following Antique Auto Week in Hershey in early October.  The 2023 yard sale was cancelled due to insufficient participation.  Whether it is held in future years will depend on the level of homeowner interest.  POC is Joan May, Social Committee Chair.
